In overall, the place is cool, has courteous staff with the incredible service of everyone. The room is quiet, bright comes with every game, a larger bathroom. A nice touch is also the wonderful beverages in the lobby bar. Every time in Chicago we stay in this hotel.

Its location in Chicago was excellent, near theatres, restaurants, the river, Grant Park, and private clubs, grand spaces and lakefront views. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with outer windows, the bed was very comfy.

Perfect and magnificent position in the marvellous area, close to the Chicago Loop, the common areas and about a 1 mile or so from the Navy Pier and directly across the street from The Bean. A lot of good food at breakfast time.

This hotel is perfectly located near popular tourist spots like Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and great restaurants. You can easily explore the city on foot. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, complete with great-smelling CO Bigelow Black Pepper toiletries. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The complimentary coffee service and the baristas are always friendly. You can enjoy a game of basketball on the free court or work out in the well-equipped gym.
The hot water tap can be unpredictable, with water temperature fluctuating from really cold to really hot.

Everything is great here, had a warm stay on a business trip. The hotel has reasonably spacious and luxurious rooms with supplies and a view of the park, as example. Staff is courteous and you can park your car on-site. There is a great selection of outstanding food for breakfast. Also, the location is unbeatable and awesome, minutes from a public park.
